Why We Started Oli.
Somewhere along the way, medicine became transactional. You book online, sit in a waiting room, see someone who doesn't know you for fifteen minutes, and leave. It's efficient. It's not personal. And in aesthetics where trust, continuity, and knowing someone's face over time actually matters - that model falls short.
Lindsey Oliver is a board-certified Physician Assistant who spent years in medical aesthetics watching patients get good results from providers who barely knew them. She believed there was a better way. One where your provider comes to you, takes their time, remembers your goals from your last appointment, and follows up to make sure you love your results.
So she and her husband Michael built Oli. Not a clinic. Not a chain. A concierge practice designed around the patient relationship — the way medicine was always supposed to work.
